**Job Overview**:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Electrical Project Coordinator/Jr Estimator with BIM experience to join our team. As an EPC/JE, you will play a crucial role in assisting with estimating, documenting, and overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion. While reporting to the project manager, your expertise will assist in the successful execution of projects within budget and schedule, contributing to the overall success of our construction endeavors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review project specifications and blueprints to assist in accurate cost estimates
- Accurately draft project models, drawings, and as-built documentation during construction and for post-construction closeout
- Assist with coordination and clash detection with various trades and contractors to reduce or eliminate on-site constructability issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Assist in the oversight of the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in the implementation of effective solutions to keep projects on track

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in electrical project Coordination or a similar role
- Experience working in a construction atmosphere.
- Ability to use/learn software such as Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and Procore
- Proficient in BIM and 2D drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, and other software as needs arise
- Proficiency or willing to learn Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
