- **The Opportunity**:_

We are seeking a highly motivated _**Customer Service Representative - Technical**_ to join our team in Newmarket. This role is specifically for the _**Wildlife Segment.**_ You will have the ability to interact with professional staff and clients on a technical basis both in an office and a field environment.
- **Requirements**:_
- University degree or college diploma preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude when required to escalate client concerns and manage client expectations
- Proven ability to gain co-workers and customer respect to facilitate a positive outcome of issues
- Three (3) years Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good time-management, multi-tasking and able to handle the high volume of enquiries
- Energetic personality, takes initiative, works independently in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment.
- Good knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, familiarity with Navision an asset).
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- **Duties**:_

Supports and coordinates with Sales Account Managers to develop client accounts through active participation in regular account reviews and Segment meetings;
Key liaison between the client and the organization (Sales, Production, Engineering);
Provides technical support on the use of Lotek equipment (VHF radio, acoustic, archival and satellite technology);
Assists the Sales Account Managers with active participation in all order entry and follow up;
Documents, investigates and gets closure on all client issues or complaints;
Coordinates work schedules with other CSRs and Account Managers;
Completes all office related administration tasks such as forecasting, quoting, order entry, filing of communications, reporting, mailing, timesheets, expense reports etc. in a timely manner;
Adheres to all Health and Safety Regulations;
Ensures Quality Standards are maintained;
Provide client feedback to the Segment and Product Managers;
Adhere to and participate with all policies of the organization.
