Position Description:

Arrange financing with lenders, prepare documentation to maximize approvals.
Review funding daily, clear deficiencies and work to fund all deals in a timely manner
Follow-up with the customers to
ensure their experience is going as expected
Turn leads into closed business by Structuring the deals that have been approved for the vehicle that suits best the customers
credit situation.
Audit submitted deals to ensure approvals are maximized and declines are turned
around
Follow up with the customers that have not been contacted and complete assigned tasks daily and report them to the Director.
Refer the sales of the offered insurances, warranties to the Director who will conduct a customer-focused presentation for all pre-owned vehicle purchases.
Establish a reputable relationship with all lenders
Split and commission your deals daily and have them reviewed by the Director
Ensure all trade appraisals are accurate and complete then reviewed by the Director
Check all numbers and information on contracts for accuracy before delivery to customers
Position requirements:
2 years experience in automotive dealership sales or financial services management Must be able to demonstrate exceptional sales, management, organizational and communication skills
Proven successful track record with lenders and sales
Prime and Subprime finance knowledge with all major lenders (RBC, BNC, CIBC, Carfinco, IA, First Access, Rifco, TCL and many more)
Team player and self-motivated
Familiar with Dealertrack, DMS and Dealer Socket
**INCOME**
- Insta Auto Solutions offers highly competitive compensation based upon the Contract

**Salary**: $46,994.79-$159,643.74 per year
