**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our finance department. While automotive experience is not required, we are looking for someone with a background in retail sales who is passionate about learning and willing to be trained in finance. This role will begin with a strong focus on selling finance and insurance products, with training and support provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their finance needs and offer appropriate finance and insurance products.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of various financial products to customers and help them navigate the selection process.
- Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth transactions and positive experiences.
- Assist in the paperwork and approval process for financing and insurance products.
- Learn and adapt to dealership processes, with ongoing support and coaching from experienced leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing regulations, products, and offerings to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Retail Sales Experience**: A background in retail sales is essential. Automotive experience is not required, but a strong asset. Willingness to learn and adapt is key.
- **Customer-Focused**: A passion for providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
