**Job Summary**

**Insta Auto Solutions** has been a trusted name in automotive sales for **15+ years**, and we’re growing fast We're looking for a **gritty, driven, and results-focused** Finance Manager to own the **full deal process** — from lead to close.

**What you bring**:

- 1+ year in automotive sales (**finance and sub-prime a strong plus**)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- AMVIC licensed (or willing to obtain), with a valid driver’s license
- _**Comfortable making calls, following up, and closing the deal**_

**Note**: This is **NOT**a prime‑only finance desk. If you're looking for a traditional finance‑only role, this isn’t the right fit. We _**need**_ someone ready to OWN the full deal process—from lead gen to close.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $58,947.16-$209,543.42 per year
