**Duties and responsibilities**
- Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Paint surfaces using spray gun, brushes or rollers as per specifications.
- Complete prep for upcoming jobs during drying times
- Clean and maintain working area regularly
- Maintain pain inventory according to upcoming jobs
- Notify supervisor of any upcoming issues
- Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures
- Follow all health and safety company rules
- Other duties as assigned during drying time
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma/GED
- Five years’ experience preferably using Akzo-Nobel paint system in the Sign Industry
- Ability to mix paint and match colours
- Knowledge of industry equipment, materials, practices and safety precautions
- Ability to read drawings
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- spray booth or automotive painting: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
