How you’ll make an impact:
The student in HR - Talent Acquisition will partner closely with the recruiters and the HR team on coordination and administration duties related to the talent acquisition function at Fidelity.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Reviews talent acquisition processes and recommends continuous improvement ideas to increase the function’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Great opportunity to be a key player and add immediate value on the recruitment team.
- Complete a variety of ad hoc projects as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a human resources management program
- Previous work experience in HR an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment
- Ability to balance and prioritize tasks while maintaining the appropriate attention to detail and accuracy
- You must be currently enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this position
- You must also be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the co-op term
- You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement._
