Thanks to your involvement in the various related processes linked to corporate actions with interest payments, you participate in the transformation of the Bank.

**Your role**
- Perform analysis and processing relating to interest and maturity distributions generated by securities, such processing may include claims against counterparties, while taking into account various deadlines, type of product, withholding tax, currency conversion, and various exceptions
- Check the daily and monthly reconciliations of various accounts as well as justifying and taking charge of the discrepancies
- Assist in the processing of transactions and reconciliations if necessary
- Act as an expert with employees by offering them advanced technical support and participating in their development
- Act as an expert with managers and partners
- Compile, produce and analyze various reports and statistics
- Write and send communications to our partners
- Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of procedures, and make recommendations to improve them
- Act in accordance with established policies, standards and procedures
- Make interest and maturity payments for the Treasury activity

You have the possibility to work from home. This position reports to the Director of Financial Market Operations and you collaborate daily with a team composed of 11 members Interest Income experts.

Your integration consists of in action field training to allow you to master your business, our products and our technologies. You have access to your colleagues with different expertise, experiences and diversified profiles that enrich your development from all points of view.

**Required skills**
- Three-year college diploma or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Coaching experience
- Experience in securities brokerage operations, more specifically in the payment of distributions for different types of products (interest, capital return), and their tax treatment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite software and particularly Excel
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, quickly but rigorously
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English

**Preferred skills**
- Interest and curiosity in financial market operations
- Experience related to securities operations, desirable
- Knowledge of ISM and AS400 systems, an asset
- Versatile, resourceful, proactive and above all have a curiosity to learn
