**Accounts Receivable Administrator**

We currently recruiting an **Accounts Receivable Administrator** to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The AR Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, and processing and monitoring a high volume of invoices and incoming payments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track, code, and process customer invoices for payment.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal controls, standards, and regulations.
- Understand and utilize the accounting processes required.
- Update financial data to ensure that information is accurate and available when needed.
- Troubleshoot processes to identify errors and analyze results.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, late payment and other irregularities.
- Resolve payment variances such as short payments or over payments.
- Issue overdue letters to overdue accounts.
- Act as a contact for all customer account receivable issues.
- Provide support to other staff relating to accounts receivable and data entry.
- Respond to inquiries from clients or other departments in a timely manner.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of related experience required.
- Post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness and ability to communicate with external contacts.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making techniques.
