Evergreen Communication Therapy Ltd. is currently looking for a passionate, creative, and personable Communicative Disorders Assistant to join our clinical team to conductin person 1:1 direct therapy to children and 1:1 and small group virtual therapy to adults with acquired communication disorders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver one-to-one and/or small group speech and language therapy for children and adults
- Facilitate group therapy programs
- Plan and prepare programming and complete other administrative tasks identified by supervising SLP and management
- Maintain clinical documentation and data
- Assist with client and caregiver training, workshops, and events
- Maintain knowledge in current evidence-based practices
- Supervise students and volunteers
- Participate in team meetings and clinical rounds

**Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications**:

- Graduate from an accredited Communicative Disorders Assistant program is an asset
- Experience working under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong interpersonal skills and time-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfort using technology and software programs (i.e., Zoom, Word, Excel etc.)
- Experience working within an interdisciplinary team
- Takes initiative, works well independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required
- Current police check for the vulnerable sector
