**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for professional, motivated barbers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of consistency, presentation, and client care. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are key.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of hands-on barbering experience
- Returning or established client base (an asset, not required)
- Active presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Clean, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in fades, scissor work, and working with various hair textures
