Primary Responsibilities

Our barbers provide clients with every aspect of the barbershop experience — from consultations and recommendations to top-quality technical services.

We emphasize getting to know each client's needs and delivering results that match their personal style and expectations.

• Consult with clients on their hair styling needs and recommend professional services or care routines
• Be proficient in the latest hair styles and barbering techniques including:
• Modern mullets
• Taper fades
• Scissor over comb techniques
• Hot shaves
• Beard trims and shaping
• Deliver an experience that keeps clients coming back
• Use all barbering tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Learn and apply knowledge of all products used and sold within the barbershop
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with overall shop cleanliness
• Be punctual, consistent, and detail-oriented
• Take pride in your personal presentation, tools, and craftsmanship
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the Gratitude standard
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and community-centered environment.
• Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of professional barbering experience
• Strong technical skills with attention to precision and detail
• Disciplined, punctual, and dependable
• Team-oriented and respectful of others' craft and space
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A genuine passion for growth and building client relationships
• Available Tuesday to Saturday
• Having an existing clientele is an advantage, but not required — what matters most is your consistency, skill, and work ethic
