Mspecs, une entreprise qui offre une grande variété de services de finition métallique est actuellement à la recherche d'un expéditeur/récepteur. L'expéditeur-récepteur est responsable de s'assurer que tous les matériaux du client sont reçus, traités et expédiés.

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein du lundi au vendredi, de 7h00 à 15h30.

**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer les expéditions selon les instructions d'expédition et les exigences du client.
- Utiliser un logiciel interne pour la saisie des données et générer la documentation requise.
- Valider toutes les informations relatives au traitement des commandes et à la qualité des marchandises reçues et expédiées.
- Remplir tous les documents d'expédition et de réception.
- Entretenir la zone de travail propre et participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue pour améliorer la sécurité et la qualité.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

**Compétences et qualifications**:

- Connaissance pratique de MS Outlook et Excel.
- Physiquement capable de gérer des mouvements répétitifs (flexion, levage, manipulation de pièces)
- Capacité à utiliser des équipements de manutention.
- Être responsable et avoir le souci du détail.
- Bonne communication et travail d'équipe.
- Expérience antérieure dans l'expédition/réception d'un actif.
- Bilingue (français/anglais)

Mspecs, a company that offers a wide variety of metal finishing services is presently seeking a Shipper/Receiver. The shipper-receiver is responsible for ensuring that all customer materials are received, processed and shipped.

This is a permanent, full-time position from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing shipments according to shipping instructions and customer requirements.
- Using internal software for data entry and to generate required documentation.
- Validating all information pertaining to processing the orders and to the quality of goods received and shipped.
- Completing all shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Maintaining work area clean and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety and quality.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Skill and Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.
- Physically capable of handling repetitive movements (bending, lifting, handling parts)
- Ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Being responsible and have attention to details.
- Good communication and team work.
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving an asset.
- Bilingual (French/English)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
