Part-Time Home Stager (Real Estate)

Location: Ottawa & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Mostly daytime (Monday - Friday); some evenings & weekends may be required

Are you passionate about interior design and love transforming spaces? We are looking for a creative & detail-oriented Home Stager to help our clients showcase their homes at their best If you have an eye for design, spatial awareness, and styling, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:
*Staging Consultations - Meet with clients to assess properties & determine staging needs.
*Scheduling & Coordination - Arrange movers, select staging items, & ensure timely delivery.
*Hands-on Staging:

- Move & arrange small furniture,
- Assemble furniture
- Hang artwork.
- Style beds with linens, comforters, & pillows for a polished look.
- Decorate with pillows, throws, & accessories to enhance appeal.
- Declutter & refresh spaces to make them feel inviting & showcase-ready.
*Packing & Unpacking - Safely transport & organize staging items.
*Inventory Management - Maintain an accurate list of staging items.
*Social Media Content - Create engaging posts showcasing staged homes.

Qualifications:

- Eye for design & spatial arrangement skills.
- Ability to use basic tools (hammer, screwdriver, power drill, level).
- Highly organized, reliable, & detail-oriented.
- Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Social media savvy with content creation skills.
- Must have access to a vehicle & be willing to drive distances
- Prior experience in home staging, interior design, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
*pay based on level of experience
