**We are seeking experienced office cleaners for weekend cleaning at two locations in Newmarket.**

Applicants must have over fifteen years of professional commercial cleaning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Police clearance certificate.
- Three work-related references.
- Available to start in July.
- Own vehicle.
- Resident of Aurora, Newmarket, or nearby areas.
- Over 10 years of office cleaning experience, easy-going, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable.

**Standard Office Cleaning Services**:

- Cleaning the main entrance glass door inside and out.
- Cleaning the kitchenette and one kitchen.
- Cleaning washrooms, sinks, toilets, and urinals.
- Cleaning receptions, waiting areas, offices, and boardrooms.
- Cleaning desks/tables, cabinets, counters, phones, etc.
- Removing cobwebs.
- Emptying waste containers.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

**Flexible Cleaning Schedule**:

- 16600 Bayview Ave., Newmarket. Cleaning time: 35/40 minutes with 1 cleaner per visit. Every Saturday after 3 pm OR every Sunday anytime between 6 am and 6 pm. Pay: $100 per month.
- 1110 Stellar Drive, Newmarket. Cleaning time: One hour and forty-five minutes (1:45) with 1 cleaner per visit. Every Saturday after 3 pm OR every Sunday anytime between 6 am and 6 pm. Pay: $175 per month.

**WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING**:
We will provide all cleaning supplies, commercial vacuums, buckets, mops, etc.

No facemasks required.

**Pay**:
Payment will be made via e-transfers.
