We have a perfect opportunity for you as a **Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)**.

Your principal responsibility as a CSR is to assist the Personal Lines Department in carrying out the duties outlined below.

As a successful CSR, you will be able to manage competing priorities through the use of your time management, project management and organizational skills.

**Duties**:

- Process new policy, renewal, cancellation and endorsements documentation requests including invoicing
- Small monthly Renewal portfolio to be managed
- Handle incoming client inquiries and change requests
- Reviewing all documents for accuracy
- Prepare Proposals and Cover notes
- Evaluate and quote using Applied Rating Systems (EPIC) and Insurer’s portals
- Maintain accuracy of electronic files in EPIC and paper files where applicable
- Follow agency procedures and insurance company regulations
- Perform other specific Personal Lines, some Reception duties and projects as assigned by Management.

**Required Skills**:

- Level 2 General Insurance License would be preferred, but will consider applicants with Level 1
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and EPIC
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
