Peelle is a leader in the manufacture of lifting/elevating devices, custom machinery and components. We are looking for an ERP Systems Analyst to work within our Accounting Team. This is a great opportunity to join the world leader in the freight elevator door industry.

**Duties**:

- Develop expert knowledge of all Visual Manufacturing Modules.
- Identify system issues and define the nature of the problems and their impact on the business.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with programs and resolve them on a timely basis;
- Maintain a good relationship with tech support vendor partners.
- Be the main point of contact for any ‘open’ incidents and maintain support tickets from creation to resolution.
- Support any form changes or customized report requests.
- Planning and implementation of new upgrades for IT
- Perform software testing and evaluation
- Conduct ERP system audits with IT Manager
- Run daily costing utilities to keep up-to-date
- Run Auto-issue module
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues
- Complete necessary inventory adjustments
- Manage global financial reports and visual reporting
- Perform activity maintenance and look into any exchange errors
- Interface with LMS Shipping software
- Monitor payroll system to ensure sure all labour tickets are being sent to visual accurately.
- Create, review and implement policies and procedures relating to inventory system management.
- Perform visual postings/monthly closings.
- Monthly/Quarterly - Cost Updates by part - review and correct errors
- Responsible for the annual physical inventory cycle count and prepare adjusting journal entries.
- Prepare general ledger entries for incorrect system postings.
- Prepare Year end audit reports.
- Run various queries/reports for employees from various departments
- Assist with resolution of accounting problems as directed by the Senior Accountant

Requirements and Specifications:

- Intermediate level of knowledge of accounting principles and methodology
- Advanced knowledge of VM Systems and payroll systems, experience in Kebrite considered an asset.
- Knowledge of processes in all operations of the company that relate to VM
- Ability to use a personal computer and various software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet design
- Ability to plan, coordinate and communicate effectively with others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to collaborate within a team
- Strong attention to detail
