Job Title**:Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Warehouse Management Services (WMS)**

Location: Toronto / Brampton

Hybrid: 2/3 days a week operation from office

Experience: 6+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and enhancement of ERP solutions related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in Oracle Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Accountable for the development of IT artifacts, ensuring content, quality, and timely completion.
- Drive and contribute to project solutions, leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and creating Technical Solution Documents (TSD) and High-Level Designs (HLD).
- Work closely with the Solution Architect (SA) to define solution approaches in collaboration with technology stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of governance and gating artifacts.
- Coordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and escalate to executive levels when required.
- Ensure quality, innovation, and communication of issues and opportunities within the team. Coach team members on delivery, issue management, and risk management.
- **Qualifications**:_

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience/training as deemed sufficient by management).

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven experience in designing business processes and system solutions.
- Strong experience in developing and executing test plans.
- Ability to create structured project plans and effectively coordinate activities across teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of project management principles and governance processes.
- Ability to handle complex issues and escalate as necessary, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on project delivery, issue management, and risk mitigation.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
