System Integration Analyst

**Summary**:
The System Integration Analyst is responsible for the coordinated development of Sofina's information and business systems and ensures they are developed to achieve maximum effect. Reporting to the VP, Information Technology, this role translates complex user requirements and business needs into integrated and scalable technology solutions. Its duties include documenting and analyzing data collection, operational functions and manufacturing processes and devising robust and reliable solutions. It is responsible for bringing forward design proposals for review and acceptance, and to troubleshoot issues in Sofina's production systems. This role, often with a high degree of independence, interacts with all levels of the company and is a key member of the IT and ERP teams. Its scope encompasses incident management, solution training and liaising with 3rd party support.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Research and contribute to technical proposals, specifications, and requirements
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define, develop and implement solutions to optimize Sofina's manufacturing operations
- Maintain strong understanding of system integrations; analyze the benefits and risks associated with the delivery of solutions
- Participate in solution analysis and planning to estimate effort and contribute to ROI calculation
- Create process flow diagrams, solution schematics and system documentation
- Establish project plans, success criteria, testing scenarios
- Develop solution deployments and lead teams through to project delivery
- Lead and execute installations, upgrades, configurations and maintenance tasks
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and correct vulnerabilities and bugs
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and vendors as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education or relevant IT discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience analyzing and deploying technology-based solutions.
- Proven experience in IT systems and planning.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience.
- Current with IT industry trends. FMCG/Food/RMD industry systems experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP, MES and EDI systems.

**Working Conditions**:

- The job incumbent is required to operate and provide focused mentoring under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Frequent overtime work and flexibility to work during unusual hours is expected.
- Overnight travel is occasional; however, travel requirements may increase during project implementations or acquisition integration.
- Physical environment is generally pleasant, while moderate physical effort is expected.

**Working Hours**: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (need to be flexible according to the business needs).
