No set hours as employee will be a Floater

**Compensation**:
Hourly $16/hr

**Qualifications**:

- SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS: _
- Strong computer skills, must have experience with Windows; Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint_
- Flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and/or statutory holiday shifts_
- Must have excellent communication skills as well as a professional phone manner_
- Fluent in English_
- Excellent customer service skills required with the ability to resolve conflict and problems. Must have the ability to manage difficult customer situations and maintain customer’s attention_
- Ability to operate independently as well as in a team_

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:

- _Interact and assist customers via intercom or telephone_
- _Identify emergency and non-emergency situations on site_
- _Remotely access Parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level-1 customer support_
- _Monitor alarm and dispatch technicians as required_
- _Manage Incidents from logging, triaging, routing and escalation of open incidents using Incident management software_
- _Record and modify customer information within the database_
- _Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns_
- _Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies_
- _Other duties as assigned_
