_**CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE**_

Trillium Architectural Products is a leader in the door and hardware industry. We work with architects, designers and contractors to provide beautiful, functional door openings.

We are seeking a bright, organized individual to join our Service Department as a Customer Service/Sales Associate. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with invoicing, data entry and payment processing
- Greeting and serving customers at our order/pick-up counter
- Providing quotations, processing orders and returns
- Participating in training opportunities to increase product knowledge
- Providing general support at our order desk and in the office

**Qualifications**:
You must have:

- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and other Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
