**Compensation**:
The typical hiring range for this position is $20.00-23.00/hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate efforts of the corrugated production staff and ensure staffing levels meet On-Time production requirements
- Producing corrugate and rigid box packaging products, ensuring finished goods are packaged and tagged accurately
- Communicate effectively to the cross-shift to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and issues to the other shifts
- Supervise the production team to work safely in accordance with the company's safety guidelines
- Supervise employee expectations in requirements like attendance and performance
- Regularly walk the floor, observing production, looking for potential quality issues, and talking to operators and other employees to proactively identify any issues and maintain a strong rapport with all employees

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2 years experience operating as a lead hand or senior operator is an asset
- First Aid Certification is required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a true team environment
- Attention to detail and a strong technical aptitude
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure
