Elearning Production Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our production team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality eLearning solutions.

**What will you do?**
- Mentor and motivate the production team to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with production team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
- Manage and coordinate required resources such as staff, equipment, and tools to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify the steps and activities required to complete a project and break them down into specific development and production tasks.
- Track progress on all tasks and ensure that they are completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed to the required technical, creative, and quality standards.
- Contribute creative input from the proposal stage to project completion.
- Conduct performance reviews and set performance standards and goals with each team member.
- Proactively identify and address any delays or issues that arise during the production process.
- Organize and maintain project-related files and documents, including design documents, course materials, multimedia assets, plans and schedules, and other related documentation.
- Research and implement technological advancements and trends.
**What skills will you bring?**
- Post-secondary degree in production management, digital media, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of team management experience in a production team lead role.
- 3+ years of experience in eLearning development using various authoring tools and media.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to perform their best.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, organize, and execute projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and clearly convey ideas and feedback.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and evaluate eLearning content for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with disciplines in end-to-end digital production, including pre-visualization, motion graphic design, character design, animation, audio and video production, and interactive design.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and a high degree of conceptual creativity.
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and its various features and functionalities a plus.
- Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
