Position Summary
This is a dynamic role with variety in daily tasks and locations, requiring flexibility, initiative, and a strong problem-solving mindset
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across multiple properties (offices, manufacturing spaces, and residential/commercial developments).
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
- Execute minor construction and renovation projects, including framing, drywall, finishing, and installations.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs (e.g., lighting, outlets, switches).
- Handle mechanical and HVAC maintenance, in coordination with licensed contractors when necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to support real estate development activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in building maintenance, carpentry, and basic electrical and mechanical work.
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in general maintenance and light construction.
- Familiarity with commercial and residential property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks and locations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks, including ladder work and working in confined spaces.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders and documentation.
