**General Manager**

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations of the venue and Park Distillery retail store. Through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, the GM has overall supervisory and managerial responsibility for the daily operations of a single venue ensuring desired outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The GM mobilizes the venue management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, guest experience and compliance within the venue and retail store.

**What You’ll Do**:

- If it’s happening in the restaurant, you are a part of it Planning, executing, elevating - you do it all
- You like systems and processes, so you’ll focus on getting those right for your team
- You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
- Manage all areas of the restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Park Distillery retail store and managing retail team members
- Effectively communicate and interact with all departments across the venue including BOH management team, as well as BHC Head Office

- You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems
- Flexible schedule required
- Proven success in a General Manager role is an asset
- Previous experience in a similar position is required
- ProServe certification required
