**Role Overview**:
**Hours of Work**:

- Flexible scheduling**:Days, Evenings, Weekends**:

- **contractual employment** for **20 to 40 hours per week** based on availability and organizational needs
- This is an on site role and will work out of of clinic in downtown Calgary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the **initial point of contact** for clients, providing information about services and scheduling appointments.
- Assist clients in **selecting the appropriate therapist** based on their unique needs.
- Manage **client records**, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle **billing inquiries** and process payments.
- Coordinate with therapists to **optimize appointment schedules**.
- Develop and implement **office policies and procedures** to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee **day-to-day office management tasks**, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain a **welcoming and supportive environment** for clients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in **Administration, Social Work, Psychology**, or a related field (_an asset_).
- 2- 3 years experience in a **client services** or **administrative role**, preferably in a healthcare or counselling setting.
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**.
- Strong **organizational abilities** and **attention to detail**.
- Ability to handle **sensitive information** with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in **office management software and systems**.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** within a team.
- A **compassionate and empathetic** approach to client care.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
