**LOCATION**: Toronto, ON (Remote)
**POSITION: Commercial Lines Underwriter**

**What you will do**:

- Underwrite and evaluate Commercial Lines risks for new and existing business.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our distribution partners, delivering exceptional customer service experience.
- Maintain quality and profitability of our portfolio and refer all risks outside established authority level.
- Respond to inquiries regarding modifications to policy files within our service level agreement.

**What you will bring**:

- Professional Lines or Medical Malpractice Underwriting experience will be an asset
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) will be considered a strong asset
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines Underwriting experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact in a professional manner to develop long-term relationships with our partners
- Ability to be self-motivated and proactively pursue potential business opportunities.
- Post-secondary education (insurance, business, or related disciplines)
