**Overview**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service within the food industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Handle food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Skills**:

- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and calculations
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
