**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our award winning team. Looking for someone with a passion for people and coffee who can work in a high volume atmosphere delivering exceptional customer service and creating exceptional espresso beverages.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make quality drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food service or cashiering is beneficial
