**About the job**

**Responsibilities**
- Program, operate and maintain our state-of-the-art 3D construction printer.
- Assist in mobilization/demobilization of 3DCP and supporting infrastructure.
- Coordinate all machine activity along with batch plant operators, support staff, and supervisors to ensure projects adhere to strict deadlines, specifications, safety protocols and building codes.
- Manage flow and path of 3DCP concrete extrusion to create CAD driven design.
- Manage and maintain all tools and equipment within the 3DCP process, including generating g-code files for 3D concrete printers based on CAD models provided by the design team.
- Support project managers with site visits, inspections and meetings.
- Collaborate with office and administrative teams to effectively perform duties.
- Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining a high degree of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Perform other construction crew member duties on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as requested by ownership and management.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of construction trades, processes, vendors, contractors, budgets, regulations, and safety policies.
- Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills, showing a high degree of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Organized and detail-oriented under tight deadlines and budgets.
- Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, operational thinking mindset.
- Ability to be flexible, adapt and grow with a dynamic, forward-thinking company in an ever-changing, high-demand industry.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts.
- Reliable access to a vehicle and valid Ontario Driver’s License is required.

**Nice-to-haves**
- Experience in the construction industry, trades, or working with mid-to-heavy machinery is preferred.
- Experience with Office365, internal ERP systems and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Experience working with a 3D or concrete printer is an asset.
- Construction supervision experience is an asset.
- CNC programming/operation training and/or experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
