Wild Magnolia Tattoo Studio is not your typical tattoo shop. Our space is open, grounding, inviting, and we are more like family than coworkers. Clients not only come for a tattoo or piercing, they come for an experience. We are looking for a new receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has good energy, is respectful, punctual, friendly and approachable with an excellent work ethic.

Hours:
Tuesday to Friday from 10:45 am - 7:00 pm

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients
- Answering calls
- Booking appointments
- Cleaning and maintaining the stellar look of our studio

*We have high standards, and we expect any new hire to have the same.

Must:

- Be punctual
- Be respectful
- Be bilingual (**English & French both spoken and written**)
- Have an excellent work ethic
- Be approachable and friendly
- Be proficient in using word/excel/computer systems
- Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
