Louf is an upscale casual Palestinian restaurant that will open in November in midtown Toronto. Led by Chef Fadi Kattan, Louf will offer guests an array of flavours from Palestine served with a modern twist. Also on offer will be a phenomenally curated wine program, highlighting a variety of Palestinian wines.

We are introducing a Hospitality Included price point, which will be distributed to the entire team equally, no matter the position, as commission based on hours worked and shifts. We want to create a true livable wage for our frontline team members, without having to rely on our guests to tip.

We are currently looking for individuals with talent, passion, and most importantly an open mind to learn and grow as part of our opening team. The host position is a crucial one, as you are the first and last impression for all our guests, while controlling the flow of table turnovers.

Compensation:

- $21 per hour base wage
- Shared pooled incentive based on hours worked
- Health benefits after 3 month probationary period (FT only)
- Free staff meal
- 4% vacation pay

**Job Description**:

- Manage the flow of seating guests, with the help of management
- Answer incoming phone calls with a warm yet professional demeanor
- Make phone calls to guests for general inquiries
- Bring guests to their assigned table
- Assist on the floor with running food and clearing tables
- Polish glassware and cutlery before, during, and at the end of service
- Memorize all table numbers and seats
