Insurance Sales Broker

We would be willing to train the right person/people from scratch, although previous experience and a General level 1 insurance license are an asset. We are looking for a member to join our sales team. Our sales staff, as long as they are hitting their monthly targets, can expect to make 6 figures after year 3.
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales of Insurance products - Home, Auto, Commercial
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and explain complex insurance concepts
- Great Attitude / Willingness to learn
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- previous sales roles are an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
