Airdrie, Canada Creation Communities Inc. Full time

Creation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Your role will involve coordinating sales and marketing efforts between departments, analyzing market trends, and identifying new sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative, marketing and sales support to the Home Building and Land Development Team.
- Provide accurate and complete information to the Area Sales Managers for prospective purchases of houses, lots, condo units, etc.
- Completing, reviewing and monitoring purchase sale agreements, blueprints/blacklines and other documents as required.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Development Managers as required.
- Responsible for generating and following up on leads related to new home sales, lots and condo units.
- Creating, filing and maintain all documentation as necessary (sales reports, PSA's etc.).
- Coordinating with the Creation sales team for all marketing and sales related efforts.
- Coordinate signage and collateral in the respective communities.
- Responsible for ensuring Creation's social media and websites are relevant and up to date.
- Provide marketing information on the project areas on a timely basis.
- Be a key liaison between the Area Sales team and the Home Building/Land Development team

Competencies and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in new home sales/marketing
- Having a thorough understanding of the real estate industry (mortgage, interest rates, agreements) is an asset.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage and meet deadlines provided.
- Creativity with marketing Creation's product (lots, houses, condo units, etc).
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
