**Responsibilites**:

- Assist the landscape team with day-to-day tasks, including: following up on leads, design consultations, quotes for customers, project design
- Handle and resolve customer service issues
- Maintain workflow and data accuracy
- Manage and organize job data to ensure material and labour amounts match the orginal quote, and record any discrepancies
- Send out invoices for completed jobs and follow up for payments from customers
- regularly check material inventory and order material when needed
- complete various administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**
- Experience in administrative management and support
- Experience AND/OR education in landscape design and construction
- working knowledge of Microsoft & Adobe products
- Landscape design knowledge
- ability to prioritize and handle various tasks in a fast paced environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- a high attention to detail with the ability to meet project deadlines
- excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies and design techniques
- basic horticultal knowledge and knowledge of hardiness zones of Calgary and surrounding area is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
