**Duties**
- Manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of parts and materials.
- Oversee supplier management, maintaining strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
- Coordinate automotive diagnostics and service requests, facilitating effective communication between technicians and customers.
- Implement demand planning strategies to optimize inventory control and reduce excess stock.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing automotive issues and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Maintain accurate data entry records related to customers, service and parts work orders.

**Qualifications**.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes, including mechanical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair.
- Experience with PBS ( Dealer Management System ), is an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on procurement management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and inventory control processes.

Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
