As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about garment development and knitwear construction.

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Product Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end product development process from initial concept to final production. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of technical garment construction, especially in knitwear, and the ability to think fast and act decisively in fast-changing situations.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the development and execution of knitwear products in collaboration with design, development, and production teams.
- Coordinate tech packs, specs, and sample requests with factories and vendors.
- Track sample progress, fit comments, and approvals to ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate daily with domestic and overseas suppliers to manage sample development and production milestones.
- Support fittings and compile technical feedback for pattern adjustments or construction improvements.
- Maintain product data and documentation, ensuring all internal systems are accurate and up to date.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues in development or production and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing, costing, and material testing as needed.
- Communicate with customers once samples are shipped and follow up on their approvals.
- Update all production technical details: customer/style/yarn count/fiber/color/factory that manufactures each specific style.
- Other projects as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, technical design, or production coordination (knitwear experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and têxtile properties, with a specific interest or background in knitwear.
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well across departments and with external vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM systems (an asset).
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a high level of attention to details.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Great problem solving and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
