**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**: **What you’ll do** - Arranges background checks, psychometric testing and/or other pre-employment requirements - Coordinates advertisements on various internal and external industry websites and major job boards - Assist with internship recruitment across all business areas - Coordinates vendor requests and updates as needed - Develops and updates regular reports on talent acquisition and mobility progress - Subject matter experience related to ATS administration and updates - Other related duties as assigned **What you’ll bring** - Minimum of 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR administration related experience - Preferred experience working with an Applicant Tracking System - Previous experience in a Client-facing position supporting Talent Acquisition activities would be beneficial - Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint required - Excellent time management and organization skills, with the proven ability to balance and prioritize based on business needs - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively and independently - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and problem solve - Strong customer service focus - Keen attention to detail and accuracy at all times **Why you'll love working here**: - This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule, providing the opportunity to work remotely 50% of the time. - And you’ll join an outstanding Team, supporting each other’s success **About us** Seaspan: Headquartered in North Vancouver, Seaspan is an association of Canadian companies providing marine-related services to the Pacific Northwest.
