We develop and implement advanced NC manufacturing software solutions in major industries around the world, helping clients such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Ferrari, and Lamborghini achieve greater productivity and precision. With a close team of 30 ICAM members, our goal is to continuously advance production time and quality through a cutting-edge software portfolio for digital manufacturing.

The Inside Sales Representative will reach out to our current global customer base to ensure maximum renewal rates of their ICAM Technologies Contract. This position will be responsible for promoting limited-time offers and offering suggestions on process improvements of the current renewal process. This position is under a hybrid work model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to existing customers to increase ICAM Technologies renewal rates
- Initiate and construct solution proposals based on client needs
- Update customer records in the CRM
- Nurture customer success and growth by training and consulting
- Generate quotes and proposals
- Assist sales and marketing teams to meet ICAM goals and objectives
- Track metrics, progress, and goals for ICAM Technologies sales monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives

**Necessary Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional working proficiency in English and French
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organized, detailed and process oriented
