**Job Scope**:

- Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of visit to the dealership and assist as needed.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments
- Schedule appointments using dealership approved process.
- Inform customers before repairs: cost estimate, approximate time for vehicle's work, insurance and warranty coverage and policies
- Answer customer’s questions about service outcome, warranty protection, cost-saving options
- Call customer to inform them of changes in service time or cost estimate.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ability to review work performed and answer questions
- Refer leads and prospects for vehicle sales to the sales departments
- Advise customers of parts ordered and make an appointment to have them installed
- Assist the service manager as necessary
- All other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Service advising experience is a definite plus
- Knowledge of the Reynolds and Reynolds system is an asset
- Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts
- Genuinely helpful, customer-focused, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
- Equally excellent in listening and speaking skills to communicate well with customers, technicians, and management
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Be able to work Saturdays and evenings as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,850.00-$81,586.00 per year
