**THE OPPORTUNITY**

TMF Foods - Lou's Kitchen Ltd. is looking for a talented and passionate individual - an innovative individual possessing a sound food science background - to join our team as an **Order Desk Associate **at our Stoney Creek facility.

**This position is on site Monday through Friday; tentative 7:30am - 4:00pm daily (start time can be flexible).**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Purchase Order Entry/Processing
- Invoice Review/Processing
- Monitoring of EDI system
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders
- Customer Communication & Feedback
- Monitor/Track Shipments
- Report on Shorts/Late shipments
- Set up new items in ERP
- Assist with annual Inventory Count
- Assist other team members as needed

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, ERP Software)
- Superior communication skills utilizing tact and diplomacy and professionalism at all times
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly flexible - able to adjust quickly in a varied environment
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Possesses excellent time management skills
- Energetic, motivated to continue to increase product knowledge
- Confident in making sound decisions
- Must be self-motived and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
