Miller Waste is currently seeking to add safe Relief Supervisor to our growing team. We are dedicated to providing a safe and positive workplace to all of our employees.

**Location**: 1815 Bantree Street, Ottawa, ON

**Pay Rate**: Salaried Position

**Start Time**: 8:00 am

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Answering incoming calls for residential inquiries
- Main switchboard operator for all incoming calls, sorting incoming mail as well as courier packages.
- Working with supervisors on a daily basis to deal with complaints
- You will also be required at times to assist the Management team in resolving customer inquiries.
- Dispatching residential calls/complaints to Route Supervisor and Drivers
- Filing and general maintenance of all office records update daily records as well as any other general administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual - French and English
- Highly productive, team player with excellent written, oral and customer service skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail

Superior communication and organizational skills are key for this role, as is your ability to manage multiple priorities.
