**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supplier Negotiations**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with domestic and international suppliers to secure cost-effective deals for consumer electronic products.
- **Procurement**: Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality products and reliable delivery schedules, fostering strong vendor relationships.
- **Drop-Shipping Coordination**: Manage order fulfillment by coordinating with suppliers for accurate and timely drop-shipping of products to customers.
- **Inventory Monitoring**: Track stock levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory for online sales.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with business needs.
- **Tech-Savvy Operations**: Use e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), CRM tools, and spreadsheets to manage orders, track shipments, and analyze supplier performance.
- **Cross-Border Logistics**: Handle negotiations and logistics with international suppliers, navigating customs and shipping challenges.
- **Currency Conversion**: Accurately perform currency conversions for cross-border transactions to optimize costs and pricing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our team to streamline operations and enhance customer and vendor experiences.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supplier negotiations, or sales, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Experience negotiating contracts or deals is a strong asset.
- **Math and Currency Conversion**: Strong math skills with proficiency in performing currency conversions for international transactions.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Comfortable using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Basic understanding of online retail operations is a plus.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, or contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- **Customer Service**: Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Cross-Border Experience**: Familiarity with international supplier relationships or logistics (e.g., customs, shipping) is an asset but not required.
- **Team Player**: Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the growth of a dynamic business.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
