The Front-of-House Shift Lead supports smooth daily operations by guiding the FOH team during service,

maintaining brand standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a non-management, hourly role

designed for a reliable, experienced team member who enjoys leadership without full managerial responsibility.

**Initial Trial Period**

This role begins with a 90-day Trial Shift Lead period, during which performance, reliability, and leadership ability

will be assessed. Successful completion of the trial period confirms suitability for the Shift Lead role but does not

guarantee promotion to a management position or change the role’s hourly, non-management status.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the FOH team during assigned shifts
- Assign stations and manage staff breaks
- Maintain speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and service standards
- Support the team during peak periods
- Handle minor guest concerns and escalate when needed
- Complete FOH opening and closing checklists
- Support onboarding and training of new FOH team members
- Communicate shift issues, feedback, or supply needs to the owner

**Responsibilities Excluded**
- Hiring, terminating, or formally disciplining employees
- Creating or approving schedules
- Approving overtime or payroll
- Making financial or operational decisions independently

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
