**Oretta King West** is looking for an experienced **Server Assistant**to join our team

Oretta first opened their doors in 2017 to provide Toronto’s vibrant **King West** area with an authentic yet modern day Italian culinary experience.

In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, in Summer 2025. We focus on delivering genuine Italian cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional
recipes. The restaurant's design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with
modern aesthetics.

Expect a stylish and inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest dining
experience, with attention to detail in decor and table settings. At Oretta, hospitality is

**About You**
- Availability with both day and night shifts during the week as well as on weekends and Holidays (full availability on Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be strongly considered)
- Smart Serve Certification is mandatory for all FOH staff
- Good understanding of English language is required, knowing Italian is an asset

**Job description**
- Reporting to the Manager on duty
- Assisting with Opening or Closing of the restaurant
- Following daily Server Assistant checklists, including beautifications and shift cleanliness
- Polishing, food running, clearing, cleaning, and resetting the floor during peak lunch and dinner services
- Heavy-lifting: carrying buss bins, garbage bins, assisting with deliveries
- Assisting servers with events
- Working as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bringing a positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Adhering to Oretta Employee handbook
