**Operations Business Analyst
**Scope**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Research and Analysis
- Data collection and reconciliation
- Perform macro
- and micro-analytical activities relevant to Canadian egg markets
- Produce reports and presentations outlining the research and analysis of results
- Provide insight and recommendations to management
- Complete ad hoc analysis as assigned and outlined by the Manager

Improvement and Development of New Programs
- Contribute to the improvement and development of new programs in the following ways:

- Project leadership and coordination
- Strategy and policy recommendations
- Data gathering
- Analysis

Execution of Existing Programs
- Provide analysis, calculations and ongoing reports relevant to program management
- Administrate the Processor Protocol, including: routine calculations, process improvement, process documentation, implementation of updates to the calculation method; weekly publishing, and maintenance of databases
- Provide operational routine reports and document standard procedures
- Contribute to continual process improvement

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, if statements, vlookups)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative and be results-oriented
- Experience with Tableau will be considered a strong asset
- Presentation skills will be considered an asset
- Project management experience will be considered an asset

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or related discipline
- 1-5 years’ of relevant experience
- Master’s in a related field will be considered an asset
