**BA needs to have Enhanced security clearance**
- 4-7 years’ experience in a business analyst role
- Good knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Facilitation skills
- Be familiar with Agile/Scrum
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent
- Bilingualism in both official languages (English and French)
- Recent experience with MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
- Enhanced security clearance

**Scope**
- The Business Analyst will perform the following tasks:

- Understand and document the desired outcome of a service, and to decide if the need can be fulfilled using an existing service offering or if a new or changed service must be created
- Work with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, define and document business requirements as per standards
- Conduct analysis activities with potential internal and external stakeholders to identify appropriate existing or new solutions
- Analyze and document business requirements as specifications for Programmer Analysts and Database Administrators using query and reporting tools as needed
- Occasionally lead short-term teams or components of a project
- Prepare work plans and explain and provide technical information to new staff as required
- Investigate issues reported and enhancement requests
- Communicate issues and risks and contribute to communication plans
- Complete hands-on analysis of existing systems functions and data
- Identify and action process improvements
- Support change management activities through training and communication with internal clients
