We are a mid size Property Management Company Specializing in Condominium Management. Our company has been operating both Simcoe and Grey County for over 30 years. We take pride in our business and high level of service offered to our clients.
We are looking for Client Services Administrator who possesses strong customer service skills and is willing to learn on the go. Our office environment fosters teamwork; thus, the strength of our team is integral to the success of our business.
**Responsibilities**
The following list entails the daily duties but not limited to:
- _Work efficiently with administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance_
- _Manage agendas/ appointments etc. for upper management_
- _Client Relations - Handle resident inquiries, requests and concerns_
- _Inform, remind and update residents on condominium rules and regulations_
- _Coordinate key and access controls with residents and vendors_
- _Prepare and update Condominium Act required certificates_
- _Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data_
- _Issue work orders, liaises with contractors and suppliers to coordinate work or supplies_
- _Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary_
- _Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals/notices as assigned_
- _Assist colleagues whenever necessary_
- _Act as recording secretary whenever necessary_
**Requirements**:
- _Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities_
- _Detail Oriented and Proactive_
- _Excellent organizational and customer service skills_
- _Familiarity with Property Management, Condominium Management/Act will be an advantage_
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Office and management software_
- _Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage_
- _College diploma and office administration experience or relevant field experience an asset_
