Peakminds Psychology Services is offering a remote, part-time position for an office/account manager. The primary jobs include:

- Has to have experience working in the mental health field specifically in private clinics to be able to proceed with administrative tasks
- invoice clients weekly
- record incoming payments
- follow-up on unpaid accounts
- interact with third-party payers (e.g., insurance companies)
- communicate with intake-coordinator regularly
- Set up new clients and transfer information to intake coordinator
- Communicate to potential partners to provide psychological services

- **Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience in working with previous psychologists or somewhere in the mental health-related field
