Edmonton, Canada Assertive Protective Services Full time

**Job Duties**:

- Receiving and interpretation of incoming data
- Assign security agents to incidents, assistance requests, emergencies, and other events.
- Make sure security agents have all the information they need to do their jobs properly.
- Conduct status checks and keep in touch with security personnel during the shift.
- Keep detailed records of radio transmissions, phone calls, and other forms of contact
- Perform other duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to clearly communicate by phone, two-way radio, and in person, and relay information to team members
- Ability to prioritize work, remain calm under pressure and multi-task calls while operating computer systems simultaneously
- Customer Service Oriented mindset
- Strong computer and typing skills to notate and document details quickly
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information
- Security minded in professionally handling incoming calls and providing outgoing information
- Prior dispatch/call center experience will be considered a major asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

- Fluent English (preferred)
